assent of property

Hello, my father has passed leaving one property. The beneficiaries of his will are myself and my sister. She is the excutor of his will and I have power reserved. We need the property changed into just my name. On AP1 who do I put as transfor in section 14? Boxes 6,7,and 9 I have put my details. I will send an ID1 with my details completed. Just to confirm the AS1 is completed by my sister (excutor) and naming me as transferee.. ?? Does she need to send a ID1 too? I will also send a copy of probate. Is there anything else needs to be sent? (my father solely owned the property)

Hello Emma - The transferor in Panel 14 of the form AP1 should be the same as the person named in Panel 5 of form AS1. 

Yes, we will require identity verification in form ID1 or ID3 for both, you and your sister.
