Form CN1

Good afternoon.
I have the DS1 form from our lender, but they are saying they won't be applying to yourselves to have the charge removed from the title.
I can see a form that I think is relevant,CN1 form?
My questions are
1. What is the relevant charge? Is this per title as there is a freehold and a leasehold title. There will be no other lender involved, we have paid it off in full.
2. Do I just complete questions 1 to 6? Or do any of the other parts need completing?
3.Do I then post this to you with the DS1?

Good Morning Rachel - form CN1 is used to cancel a Notice so for example would be used to apply to cancel an 'Equitable' charge
If you have a registered legal charge then it would be form DS2 or AP1 you would use to then submit the form DS1
There is no registration fee for either application and it is a postal application to our standard address

Rachel - I assume you mean panel 9 of form DS2 now then? If so then yes re the lender who is discharging their legal charge
