My Mother died last year and in her will she set up a Flexible Life Interest Trust.
My Father, Sister and I are Executors of the will, as well as Trustees and Beneficiaries of the Trust.

My Mother and Father are currently registered as Tenants in Common with the Land Registry.
I have been advised that we should apply to the Land Registry to change this ownership to reflect the Trust.

Please can you advise how we should do this?

Thank you.

Nigel - the surviving joint owner can transfer the whole of the legal ownership to new registered owners as appropriate HMLR Guide Page  · HM Land Registry
