My Mother died last year and in her will she set up a Flexible Life Interest Trust.
My Father, Sister and I are Executors of the will, as well as Trustees and Beneficiaries of the Trust.
My Mother and Father are currently registered as Tenants in Common with the Land Registry.
I have been advised that we should apply to the Land Registry to change this ownership to reflect the Trust.
Please can you advise how we should do this?
Thank you.
