Need help with requisition letter

Hi OM Lam - they replied yesterday and the application is now back with the casework team to review that reply.

 Hi Adam,

We just received another requisition last week from HM Land Registry. We have chased our solicitor and they should have dealt with it now. Would you mind helping us confirm that no further outstanding information required from us / our solicitor and the case officer is satisfied with their reply. 

We are really concerned and worried that the application will be cancelled. We have tried our best to follow up with the solicitor and make sure all the requisitions are attended as soon as possible.

Hi OM Lam - sorry to read that issues remain. We received a reply on the 16th but it was still insufficient and we wrote back on the 18th. As far as I can see we have not as yet had a reply to that last contact

The application won;t be cancelled but we do need a full response from the conveyancer

Thanks Adam. We have followed up with our solicitor again and they confirmed it has been replied. I suppose it may take a few days to be reflected on the system.

OM - nothing is showing up as having been received against that application as yet. Last content update was on 16th Sept

Hi Adam, I have checked with our solicitor again Tthey confirm they have replied the additional requisition and received the acknowledgement from land registry. 

We are really worried our application will get cancelled next week.  Do you have any advice what we / our solicitor can do? 

Hi O M - if they have replied and received an acknowledgement then they must have a reference to share. What is it?
I can see we had contact from Spencer West on 18th Sept but that was to ask for a copy of our request and ask for more time to respond. That had an enquiry reference 240918-3818675.
If that's the reference they quote then it wasn't their reply to our request so we are still waiting for that
Otherwise ask them to contact us themselves 

Hi Adam,

Our solicitor sent their response on Monday, November 25th, regarding the latest requisition dated November 18, 2024. Could you confirm if it has been received and let me know if there’s anything still pending?

Please let the officer know we are doing our best to follow up with the solicitor and ensure they provide the required documents promptly. Please do not cancel our application and hopefully we can proceed with the title deed now.

HI OM Lam - we received a reply on 25th as you state. Their response has been referred to the casework team to consider and to review the pending application.
I'd suggest posting again Tues/Wed next week for an update to see if anything remains outstanding or if the registration has been resolved. It won't be cancelled

Thanks for your help earlier. My conveyancer showed me a screenshot captured today indicating nothing is pending on their side. Could you check the current status and let me know what’s needed to move this forward? Once again, as always, many thanks!

Hi OM Lam - the application is still pending but looks like the conveyancer may have provided more information now. Will check with the casework team for an update

Hi OM Lam - good news as the registration has been completed and the new registered information is now available online. The confirmation and paperwork will be printed and issued to the conveyancer asap
