CH1 and legal charge

Hello,

We have client entering into a legal charge which they wish to keep private, can we just use the CH1 for headline terms just referred to the document in the CH1 and keep the main charge details off the public register.

You can submit a fully completed form CH1 together with the application form AP1 only.  We would not need to see the other information.
