DS1/DS2 & ID3 Submitted

Hello  I submitted a DS1, DS2 and ID3 form mid January to remove a charge from a property (I was the lender).

Can you tell me roughly how long it takes to do this and also what I can expect to receive so I know that the charge has been removed please?

Hello Holly - you should expect to wait 4-5 months before we notify you of completion and issue an updated register. Most of that is wait time before being processed but we also then have to carry out wider checks before we can complete matters fully.
