Hi Jenny - It is not clear how exactly you will be splitting the property - is it split into two flats, in which case it would be registration of new lease, or is it going to be two separate houses which would mean a transfer of part of the land from the original title.
The land registration aspect and requirement will be determined on the basis of how the two properties are split and legally held.
