Ltd v Limited

Given that in law, "Ltd" and "Limited" are considered the same and that both can be used without any difference in legal meaning or effect, please confirm whether the Land Registry would take issue with Ltd appearing at Companies house but Limited appearing on the Land Registry title.

Laura - whether we take 'issue' would depend on the context but we would register the company based on the supporting evidence/legal deed lodged. If that then creates an issue re the same Company (Co Regn Number relevant also) being registered at Companies House with a different Limited/Ltd then we might query it to confirm the correct name
