Hi <br> <br> Sadly my father passed away in January<br> <br> He left as sole owner house to myself and my sister as co executors and beneficiaries<br> <br> My intention is to buy out my sister and become sole owner<br> <br> Can you please advise which form I need to do this, not sure if it would be AS1 or TR1<br> <br> Thanks
