Probate - which form to use when buying out co executor

Hi 

Sadly my father passed away in January

He left as sole owner house to myself and my sister as co executors and beneficiaries

My intention is to buy out my sister and become sole owner

Can you please advise which form I need to do this, not sure if it would be AS1 or TR1

Hi Guy - forms TR1 plus AP1, ID1/ID3 as appropriate and certified copy of the probate
