Change of Property Description - Absent Landlord

Good morning

We are dealing with a remortgage application for a Leasehold title of 8 Shields Place. When looking at Mapsearch, the attached Freehold title shows up with both 8 and 9 Shields Place coming up, but the title itself only says 9 Shields Place.

We have tried constantly to contact the landlord to no avail, and are applying for Absent Landlord Indemnity, but we were wondering if there was any particular reason that this title only makes reference to 9 Shields Place at A1 rather than 8 and 9. Do you have any information that can shed light on this, and if it is as simple as a typographical error, is this something we can apply for to be amended even though we don't represent the proprietor of the title (the landlord)?

Good Morning Mark - TY182095 was registered back in 1986 and it's been registered as Number 9 for all that time and not amended.
You will see from the register that a 2007 lease of Number 8 was then added to the title having been granted by the same freehold title owner
