Hi Adam,&#160;<br> <br> Thanks for this response, I just came across it and it was useful.&#160;<br> <br> However, I am still a bit confused as my situation is slightly different.&#160;<br> <br> I would like to remove a charge which I have on my brothers property for a loan which he has already paid back to me.<br> <br> If I am willing to do this without a conveyancer (which would be my preference) do I simply fill out the DS1 &amp; DS2 forms together with an ID1 and send all these to the land registry at the above address.<br> <br> I want to make sure I take the correct action so the charge is removed swiftly so my brother can take out a mortgage. So would I also send a letter with an expedition request?<br> <br> Thanks
