Usage of restricted byway

Hello,
we are an adjacent landowner of an restricted byway that goes over some private land and we believe that a restricted byway would be normally only accessible by foot, horse, etc.
However, as we are an adjacent landowner, would the restricted byway grant us vehicular access over our neighbours land to our house?

Hello Steve - we don't register 'restricted byways' so you will need to seek wider/legal advice as appropriate
