Urgent expedite application to remove equitable notice

Good morning. Could you please provide info on how long it will take to process e-cn1 72581817, title number&#160;<span style="">DN264729</span><span style="">. We are in serious need for this to be removed this week to ensure our house sale does not fall through, is this a possibility with it being expedited today or are we looking at longer? Many thanks&#160;</span>

<p>For context the debt was settled in full over 2 years ago and we were completely unaware of the notice being in place still, the application for removal has been sent by the debtor yesterday. They plan to expedite this morning which I’m hoping they do. Thank you</p>
