Scale Fees Transfer of Property for value of £1

Hello Adam,

I am filling out the AP1 form and struggling to establish the correct scale fee in respect of the transaction type. We are transferring a property using the TR1 . In panel eight of that form the consideration is stated as £1 . Could you help me establish the correct fee . My desktop reading suggests a standard scale 1 fee of £45.  Is that corrects ?
