This application was expedited, it is now holding up the sale of the property.

Hello Ellie - the application is currently with a senior officer to consider a specific and complex point relating to the registration. Once they have approved next steps, hopefully in the next few days, things can then progress
I can't be definitive re timescales other than hopefully it will be asap.

Hi Ellie - no apology necessary but sadly no update as yet. Hopefully we will know next steps asap but it seems such referrals are taking longer than I had expected/hoped for so the apologies are all mine

Thank you, is there any way to check with the senior office what rough time scale they are looking at. I appreciate this might be more complicated but I would be truly grateful if this was a possibility.
