Dear Land Registry

I am a landlord looking to register a 10 year lease in person due to the tenants causing so many delays that the conveyancing solicitors resigned on both sides.  The lease has now been approved and witnessed by all parties.  I have completed the form AP1.  In reviewing the ID requirements for applications in person form ID1 is required to be completed and certified.  Is also appears that the tenants named in the lease will also need to complete form ID1.  Is this correct?

Are there any other forms that need to be completed and included when making the submission?

Best Regards
