Rx4 form and expedited

my application for RX4 form is submitted yesterday. I did ask for the application to be expedited as we are exchanging on 21st Feb and I need this property on remortgaged.

Details are DS/2398 and title register BK384819

Thank you for your swift reply. How long will it take to remove the restrictions 2 and 3 on the title. The restrictions are in favour of me but I am property owner and need to remove the restrictions for remortgage.

Ghazala A - expedition gets the case to the processing start line, usually within a few days. What happens next and how long it takes all depends on the quality of the application and supporting evidence and any wider checks or more information that's needed.
I can't be definitive re timescales as processing needs to start before we get an idea of next steps.

Hi Ghazala - even if expedited an application involving a form RX4 won't be completed in a few days. Such applications invariably require consideration by a senior technician to approve and also decide if wider checks are needed
Expedition has ensured that an initial consideration has taken place but we now need the senior technician to review. That will happen asap but I can't be definitive re timescales as yet
Please don't download anything until you know the application has been completed

We are exchanging tomorrow and this property is for remortgage to fund towards the property we are purchasing. Completion is next week.

If we don’t complete we will be charged 4% and they can put property back on market.

Ghazala - I'm afraid the application has been cancelled as we cannot process it as submitted. The conveyancer has been informed and I would recommend speaking to them to confirm and to discuss what options exist

How long is process time for RX3 form with expedited.

Ghazala - expedition gets the application to the start line for processing, usually within 10 days of being approved.
How long it then takes will depend on it all being in order and/or whether wider checks are required.
