direct debit

I am applying for Assent for property owned by my late mother.  I live in Australia and want to pay by direct debit but can't call 0300 number as per their customer support contact details. How do i organise to pay by direct debit?

Direct Debit is only available to our business users. Registration fees are payable by cheque/postal order.
