Copy of Title Register Entries & Title Plan

I have to do a SPA with Southern Water and they require official headed paper copies of my Title Register Entry and Title Plan and a location plan 1:1250 - these have to be dated within 6 months.I have the OC1 form - in section 7 do I select Offical Copies of the register and the title plan? Will that provide all I need?

Also the fee says £11 per copy - would that be £11 for each?

There doesnt seem to be a way to call to get the answer and i have a deadline on this?

Any help appreciated.

Josephine - form OC1 is the correct form to obtain official copies of the register and title plan
They do indeed cost £11 each
