Fees for AP1 and TR1 · HM Land Registry

Gifting land and need to complete and submit AP1 and TR1.
Question is do I need to pay fee of £45 for AP1 and £45 for TR1 - £90 in total - or just £45 to cover both.

Alison - form AP1 is the application form and TR1 is the transfer deed. Together they comprise one application for which there is a single fee.
