Hi Adam

Thank you for confirming that.  One last query, so I better understand; If a TP1 form is agreed and completed would HMLR accept the OS survey map submitted by the Ordnance Surveyor in February 2024 as illustration of the land to be transferred?  The points on the survey map directly relate to what would be transferred and another survey by a third party will not be more accurate, so it would be great if that is possible? I hope one way or the other to be very much to be out of your hair soon Adam....

Hi Astrid - it's always best to rely on a current OS map re such matters. But the key is does it accurately, and by that I mean sufficient for all parties, show the detail required. I'm sure it does from what you have posted but folk can be peculiar re such things in my experience and getting everyone on the same page, or plan in this case, can be tricky.
No hair issues my end as nothing but admiration that you are trying to 'better understand' matters and just hope your efforts are rewarded as a result and soon.

I think everyone is working off the results that were sent through to our vendors and their neighbour. So if that survey map is acceptable as the attachment to a TP1 form then I'm hoping that I have understood correctly and it is only a question of filling in the TP1 and submitting both.  I say "only" but nothing so far has been easy!! Thank you for your patience, clarity and quick responses - rare qualities in this purchase!!
