Hiya, how do I go about getting a copy of the restrictions/covenants for a property I own?. I have purchased a copy of the title register and the only section in the title register that mentions the covenants says this 'A Transfer of the land in this title and other land dated 2 May 2003 made between (1) The Properties Board Of The Calvinistic Methodist Church Of Wales or the Presbyterian Church of Wales(Transferor) and (2) Darren Tilley and Wendy Louise Amero-Tilley (Transferees) contains 2 2003-06-30 restrictive covenants. ¬NOTE: Copy filed under CYM132000.' <br> <br> How do I go about getting this copy? will it be located in the deeds or official copy of documents (OC2 application) and if so how do I go about filling in the application to request this specific bit of information?
