Morning Adam
Appears my solicitors are incapable of talking to each other and I need to see if I can get the information required asap for my buyers solicitor- I have been asked the following:
I need an official form on the Land Registry portal.
Is this anything you can help with as all he sent me was an email screenshot:

Dear Customer
Your request for expedition of the application has been approved and has been passed to a processing team.
They will aim to process the application as a priority and this may give rise to requests for information (requisitions) or other matters, such as prior applications or official searches that need to be considered before it can be completed. If this is the case, the processing team will contact the customer who submitted the application within the next 10 working days.
Please also note that it can take up to 10 working days for a response to a requisition to be considered.
If you asked for the expedition of multiple applications, these have not been considered and you need to resubmit requests for each application separately against a single title number and HM Land Registry reference, this will allow us to marry up your request more efficiently with the application. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
We would ask you to be patient and not contact us again about this matter. However, if you need to:
· Business e-services customers should use the ‘Reply to Requisition’ or View Applications ‘Respond’ function, and your enquiry will be dealt with by the caseworker processing your application.
· If you are not a Business e-services customer, reply to this e-mail. This will ensure that your follow-up query is linked to the original one.
Please refer to our HM Land Registry: processing times for information about how quickly we will process your application.
Yours faithfully
Nicola Robinson
