First Registration approximate completion date

Title Deeds sent of  May 2022 for registration for Woodfield SN13 9pu but have heard nothing to date. I was told that the process time was 18 months+ and I do appreciate the volume of traffic through Land Registry but we are now coming up to three years.How would I get an estimated completion date

Stuart - the first registration application for that property was received by us on 4th April 2024. You may wish to check with your conveyancer to confirm

Thanks Adam for a swift reply, can you confirm that the Title Deeds did not arrive at Land Registry till 4th April 2024, if thats the case I am being given the runaround by the soliciters or has it taken that long to log the deeds in ?

Stuart - 4th April 2024 was date of receipt/scanning by HMLR. I suspect, but the conveyancer can check/confirm for you, that they may have submitted sooner but for some reason the application did not proceed/was cancelled. 
Or there was a delay between when you thought they submitted and them actually doing so.
